There are laundry facilities in every building.

Central Air Conditioning is built into each apartment.  It is fully controlled from your thermostat.

The heating system is gas fired forced air.  Each apartment has its own furnace and hot water tank.

Utilities are metered separately - you pay only for the energy you use, not for your neighbor's waste.  The utility companies bill you directly for your use.  This is an important means by which we can hold down your rent in the future.

Clubhouse:  The fully furnished clubhouse is there for your use at no charge, as a resident of Pines West.  Use it for your parties and other get-togethers.  It has a fireplace, a caterer's kitchen, a serving bar and restroom facilities.

Swimming Pool:  The extra large swimming pool is located next to the clubhouse.  Join us for cool dip in the sparkling water on a hot day.  That's living!

Tennis Courts:  Fitness fanatics and recreational players alike will enjoy our two professional quality tennis courts.
